Yes, with our online booking system, our current availability can be viewed 24 hours per day, so reserving an apartment is hassle-free no matter where you are in the world. However, we love to chat with you and guide you to the best accommodation to suit your needs
You can choose from various accounting and invoice options to suit your company's requirements. ShortstayMK can invoice your company directly, or your employee can settle their account. Direct payments are secure.
You will receive an invoice shortly after booking. We can open a corporate account, and payment is due 7days after arrival. Payment can be by BACS or via card.
Can the employee pay for their stay?
Yes, if your company policy is for the employee to pay for their own expenses, we can send the invoice directly to them, and they pay on the link detailed on the invoice. We offer a 3-D secure payment link, so security is paramount.
No, the apartment is offered fully furnished and offers a home-from-home stay. Parking, WiFi, Sky sports and movies, and weekly housekeeping with a refresh of bed linen and towels are included in the rental rate.
Are the rates per person or per accommodation?
Rental rates are per accommodation and not per person. So when 2 or more share the cost, the cost per head is dramatically reduced, and after 28 nights’ stay, the VAT drops to just 4%. Guests requiring longerterm accommodation often find that sharing an apartment with a colleague, or even colleagues, makes staying away not quite so lonely.
Do you offer a 24-hour key collection?
Yes. Our key safe is situated outside our office in Luminous House, MK9 2FR, which is adjacent to Vizion and a short drive to Campbell Park and Furzton. Before arrival, full key collection maps and key safe codes are sent to you. In the welcome pack, we provide our 24-hour emergency contact number, so we are onhand even out of office hours.

What benefits does an apartment provide over a hotel room?
More space: A comfy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom and a bathroom. Parking is allocated, and guests benefit from a private balcony or garden.

All-inclusive: No additional charges for internet, parking, restaurant bills, drink bills, in-room entertainment, room service charges, and laundry.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, all crockery and cutlery are provided. All white goods; washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, and microwave are of full size.
Can you leave a grocery pack in the apartment for guest arrival?
We leave tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits as standard. If you wish us to purchase a grocery park, please advise us of the items required, and we will do our best to assist. Alternatively, a member of your company is welcome to collect the keys before guest arrival and place items in the fridge and cupboards and load the fridge yourself. There will be an additional charge if SSMK provides this service.
