When reserving accommodation for employees you need to know they are being well cared for and residing in executive style apartments with all mod-cons.   Our apartments are fully furnished and the kitchens are well equipped.  For the work-a-holic we provide complimentary wi-fi.  There is also a home entertainment system with Sky sports and movies, dvd and i-Pod dock.  You can even hold a meeting in your new pad or invite colleagues round for a meal.

Maximizing the travel spend

Our apartments offer far more space than a hotel room with separate living and sleeping areas.  They are up to 30% cheaper than a local hotel, and our Account Managers work with your company to tailor the stay to suit your company travel policies and budgets, we have a no minimum spend limit and just a 4 night minimum stay policy!  

Companies can maximise travel spends by cutting out all the ancillary costs including eating out, meeting rooms, laundry and tipping!  So staying with us will really save the pennies.

Shortstay cater for each individual need of our business client, including a personal meet and greet service if requested, a 24 hour flexible check-in and check-out time and a 24 hour emergency contact.  A welcome tray also awaits.   If you require a welcome grocery pack on arrival, please speak to us in 72 hours in advance with your request.

Rental rates are per apartment and not per person, so when 2 or more share the cost per head is dramatically reduced, and after 28 nights continuous stay the VAT drops to just 4%.  Guests requiring longer term accommodation often find sharing an apartment with a colleague, or even colleagues, makes staying away not quite so lonely.

Our 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments are perfect for clients attending conferences or training courses, relocating or working on short-term contracts.  Our team of housemaids keep your apartment in tip-top condition when you are busy at work.

With our on-line booking system our current availability can be viewed 24 hours per day, so reserving an apartment is hassle free no matter where you are in the world.   Our reservations team have in-depth knowledge of the area so are happy to advise not only the best style of apartment but also the best location for you - did we mention we have 4 Central Milton Keynes locations and a 5-bed executive house in Furzton!

For guests driving to the area, each apartment has it's own free private, secure allocated bay, meaning no additional parking costs or tickets!  

Milton Keynes Central, offering direct links to Euston and Birmingham, the coach-way and central bus stops are all a short stroll away from our city apartments.
