The report will also include a basic overview to current health and safety and other regulatory requirements. The audit includes:
- A 45 minute meeting with a ShortStayMK consultant
- Questionnaire-based onsite property inspection
- Full written report of findings
Total serviced letting management
Once your apartment meets the standard of facilities and furnishings required, we will arrange a letting agreement between ShortStayMK and yourself for up to 24 months, and manage all aspects of property management and guest relations, including:
- Full inventory
- Regular inspections
- General maintenance
- Weekly cleaning and laundry programmes
- Accommodation bookings, check ins and check outs
- Health and Safety compliance aspects
- Contents insurance
- Guest relations
