How do I check out of the accommodation?
Please ensure you check out of your accommodation by 10 am on the morning of your departure. Extended check out may be possible, but only if pre arranged and subject to availability. We will be pleased to arrange storage of your luggage on check out day if you require. Please ensure the apartment is left tidy and that you have removed all food from cupboards/fridge. The apartment should be locked before departure and the keys returned to our key collection point at the reception desk, 500 Avebury Boulevard. Please note a £100 fee will be charged to your credit/debit card for keys that are lost or not returned to the key collection/drop off point.
What facilities are in the serviced apartment?
Our apartments are fully furnished, including all bed linen/quilts and towels. The kitchen area is equipped to cover your self catering requirements and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort, as well as a welcome tray with tea/coffee and biscuits for your arrival.
The free WiFi broadband is simple to access; please see the information pack within your apartment for login details.
We are pleased to provide free Sky with Movies and Sports. For a small fee, hire of games consoles/DVD players can be arranged; please contact us on 0845 683 8408 for further information
An ironing board/iron can be found either in a cupboard within the kitchen area, airing cupboard or built in wardrobe, together with clothes airers and vacuum cleaner. A hairdryer is also provided within a drawer in the main bedroom.
When is the serviced apartment cleaned?
Your apartment will be cleaned at the end of every week of your stay, when bedding and towels will be changed. For weekend check ins, cleaning will take place the following Friday and every Friday until the end of your stay. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy on cleaning days so surfaces can be accessed easily for cleaning.
Where can I go to eat locally to the accommodation?
There is an array of restaurants within walking distance from your apartment, within the Hub district. We have arranged exclusive discounts for our guests at the following venues:
Las Iguanas - 20% discount on food
Café Rouge - 20% discount on food
Gourmet Burger Kitchen - 20% discount on total bill
Strada - 20% discount on a la carte section of the menu Sundays-Thursdays
To claim your discount, please show your key fob at the time of placing your order.
For those who prefer to self cater, Sainsbury’s supermarket is located opposite the Hub, a two minute walk from your apartment and is open 7 am – 11 pm Monday to Friday, 7am – 10 pm Saturday and 11 – 5pm Sunday.
Where can I go to shop near my serviced apartment?
Milton Keynes’s main shopping centre, the Centremk is located to the east of your apartment, a 10 – 15 minute walk, where you will also find the Xscape (housing an indoor ski slope and 16 screen cinema) and the Theatre District, home to MK’s theatre and a variety of restaurant and bars.
How do I get about in Milton Keynes?

What do I do if I lose my keys to the accommodation?
Due to high loss volumes and high penalty charges/replacement costs by the security managing agents, a £100 charge will be incurred for every set of keys lost. If both electronic fobs (parking and building entry) are lost, a £200 charge will be payable. Please notify us immediately on 0845 683 8408 in the event of key loss for replacement.
What do I do if I fall ill while staying at a serviced apartment?
The MK Walk-in Centre situated on the General Hospital site can be contacted on 01908 303030 and is open from 7am until 10pm daily. NHS Direct can be contacted for telephone advice on 0845 4676
How do I report accommodation maintenance issues?
