Dakota House, a modern apartment block built in the early 2000’s is perfectly situated for those who like to be amidst the buzz of an array of restaurants, cafes and bars. The building is positioned in the popular “Hub” development, overlooking the main piazza with it’s impressive water fountains and is a two minute walk away from a major supermarket, a five minute walk from the main shopping centre and leisure complexes and less than a mile from the rail and coach stations. The apartment block features two lifts and is accessed by keypad entry system. Free parking is available within the private Hub car park, accessed by remote control fobs provided to guests.
Layout and furnishing
These spacious apartments are light and airy, thanks to their large windows. Unlike typical hotel rooms, the apartments feature a large lounge/dining area, furnished with comfortable leather furniture, dining table and chairs perfect for entertaining guests and colleagues, or even holding a business meeting! Your evening entertainment is looked after with the inclusion of FREE Sky TV, a 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. These apartments feature an open balcony, complete with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a book on a sunny afternoon, or enjoying a glass of wine after a long day at work!
The modern and fully equipped kitchen area contains all of the integral appliances, cookware and diningware you need, whether you are fixing a quick microwave meal or planning a three course dinner party.
The spacious bathroom features a shower over bath, large vanity area and is supplied with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries which will be changed and replenished by the maid every week of your stay.
The bedroom area is furnished with a high quality double bed, luxurious bed linen (changed once a week) and a fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet. For your convenience, it also contains a wall mounted mirror, bedside lamp and a hairdryer.
